Aaron Witalec specializes in mergers, acquisitions and strategic and valuation advisory transactions. He has deal experience in a broad range of industries, including specialized manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, metals, and automotive.

Before joining O’Keefe & Associates, Mr. Witalec was a Senior Associate at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, a middle-market investment bank headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, Aaron was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance and Transaction Services group both in Guangzhou, People’s Republic of China and Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Witalec also has prior experience as a product design engineer for a Japanese automotive supplier located in the Detroit area.

Mr. Witalec earned his Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Mathematics from the University of Michigan. He received Masters of Science degrees in Finance (High Distinction), Accounting (High Distinction), and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. In addition, Mr. Witalec has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering examination, and the qualifying test to become a Professional Engineer (PE).
