Brian Krasicky is responsible for corporate finance and debt restructure transactions. Prior to joining O'Keefe & Associates, Mr. Krasicky was the founder of Sawyer & Finn, LLC, a consulting firm focused on Organizational Design and Financial Transactions. Projects included serving as a General Portfolio Manager identifying and integrating new acquisitions and establishing operating standards for a residential property fund. Financial Transactional analysis included real estate restructuring projections, purchases and sales. Corporate Organizational projects included retained search assignments for a General Motors troubled supplier COO and numerous CFO positions. He was also instrumental in designing and staffing entire finance teams for many local Detroit companies.

Previously, Mr. Krasicky served as a financial liaison for a Tier 1 automotive supplier, supporting the sales and marketing division providing Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis to internal capital projects and external new business opportunities. Mr. Krasicky earned his CPA as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLP focused on middle market entities in the manufacturing, real estate, sports entertainment and high tech industries. Engagements included managing the Initial Public Offering procedures of a High Tech company and real estate divestiture transactions.

Mr. Krasicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Wayne State University and is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Krasicky is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants where he serves on the CPA Awareness Committee. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, America Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
