John Dimovski joined O’Keefe & Associates in March of 2008 as a senior associate. Mr. Dimovski adds 10 years of financial advisory experience, primarily in the area of litigation support services. He has several years of experience working in the professional services industry for “Big Four” international public accounting and financial services firms as well as working in a corporate environment for a Fortune 500 automotive supplier. He has assisted clients in the automotive, healthcare, energy, retail and sports entertainment industries.

Prior to joining O’Keefe & Associates, Mr. Dimovski worked as a senior financial analyst for a Fortune 500 automotive supplier that specializes in the engineering of components and systems for vehicle power train applications. In this capacity, he was responsible for consolidating and analyzing the results of a $400 million business within the Company. Mr. Dimovski was also responsible for the analysis and approval of all new business quotes for the group. Additional responsibilities included ensuring that the group’s financial statements were in adherence with GAAP and that the control environment was evaluated on a regular basis for internal control weaknesses.

Prior to working for a corporation in the automotive industry, Mr. Dimovski’s experience includes working as an auditor and a litigation support consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. His experience at these firms includes lost profits and damages analysis, fraud investigation and forensic accounting, and bankruptcy litigation. His experiences include working on engagements for both domestic and international clients, spanning multiple industries and client sizes.

Mr. Dimovski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Mr. Dimovski is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Turnaround Management Association and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants – Litigation and Business Valuation Task Force.
