Michael Boudreau provides financial expertise in the fields of Corporate Reorganization & Turnaround Consulting, Corporate Finance and Debt Restructuring. Mr. Boudreau has been advising middle market entities within numerous industries for eighteen years, including automotive and heavy manufacturing, real estate, retail, construction, consumer goods as well as many others. Mr. Boudreau’s broad experience is a result of his background providing services to numerous stakeholders including secured lenders, unsecured creditors, stockholders and customer groups. In addition, Mr. Boudreau has also been on the operating side of the transaction as the Chief Financial Officer. Accomplishments include shareholder buyouts, trade composition agreements, negotiating secured lender agreements and exit financing, operational improvements and forming new business initiatives resulting in new business awards from both existing and new customers.

Mr. Boudreau has successfully completed numerous assignments both out of court as well as within the confines of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. These challenges have included Debtor in Possession financing, Plans of Reorganization, 363(b) asset sales and Pre-packaged bankruptcy filings. Prior to joining O’Keefe, Mr. Boudreau spent fifteen years with a leading turnaround consulting firm. In addition, Mr. Boudreau was the Chief Financial Officer for a middle market automotive supplier as well as the Chief Financial Officer for a real estate development company.

Mr. Boudreau earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Boudreau is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). Mr. Boudreau has authored various business articles, participated on Advisory Boards and has lectured on corporate reorganization and debt restructuring issues.
