Stephen Weber joined O’Keefe & Associates in August, 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Weber was a Manager with Adamy + Company, P.C.. There Mr. Weber focused on accounting compliance services for closely-held businesses primarily in the manufacturing arena. Additionally, Mr. Weber specialized in litigation support and fraud prevention and detection activities.

Prior to joining Adamy + Company, Mr. Weber worked with two companies in Ohio. First, Mr. Weber was a manager at Convergys Corporation where he focused on operations at nine divisions and developed strategies to reduce costs and make reporting more comparable across divisions. Before that, Mr. Weber worked with a large, local accounting firm in Cincinnati conducting audits of manufacturing companies, restaurant holding companies and employee benefit plans.

Mr. Weber holds a BS in accounting and finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mr. Weber is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of CPA’s, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Weber currently serves as the Vice President of Education for the Grand Rapids chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
