Travis Riley joined O’Keefe & Associates in March of 2008 and is primarily involved with the firm’s Receivership team preparing various analyses, assisting with construction management and property management, as well as interfacing with homeowners. Mr. Riley has owned a full-service property services company for nearly nine years, gaining invaluable experience in project management, customer relations and business development activities. Before joining O’Keefe & Associates, Mr. Riley held positions with Integra Realty Resources and 432 Partners, LLC where Mr. Riley worked in appraisal and property management. Mr. Riley is also an active independent real estate investor and has become a specialist in purchasing under producing properties and creating value through capital improvements, repurposing properties, working diligently to increase rental rates and creatively marketing the properties to a wide range of individuals.

Mr. Riley graduated from the Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis with concentrations in Architecture and Entrepreneurship.
